Our Managing Partner, Vijay Victoria is an industry veteran as Investment Management coach with experience of more than 24 years. He is a Chartered Wealth Manager from AAFM, USA and an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment, UK. He is the Client Face of Jaspar and is responsible for the Service Standards and Code of Ethics for Jaspar. He is our star campaigner and lead various marketing activities for Jaspar. He is a people’s person and loves to help everyone with financial counselling.
Our Business Partner, Monica Victoria is from the financial services industry with an experience of more than 12 years. She is adept in execution and client servicing and ensures time bound service delivery. She is the quality face of Jaspar. She loves financial coaching and helps our clients to achieve their financial goals.
Mr. Harsha Verman is our Manager for Strategic Alliance, he ensures that Jaspar has all the required services with the required industry leading standard of practice. He stiches deals for Jaspar and onboard our corporate clients to engage their employees with financial counselling. He manages events, conducts investor awareness programs, seminars, webinars and various other knowledge sharing sessions to create investor awareness.
Ms. Astra Shoshanna is our Principal Compliance Officer. She ensures adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements. Every business division within Jaspar has a dotted line reporting into this role. She is responsible to propose organization structural changes that is necessary for the adherence to the Jaspar Ethical Framework. Every organization structural change requires her approval as she ensures that all the interaction between various business division adheres to our overall ethical framework that ensure legal and regulatory compliance all times.
Ms.Maria Fernandez is our Performance Attribution Manager. She is responsible to do Attribution analysis of our investment universe and also identifies the investment product from the market that can be added to our investment universe. She publishes periodic reports of various investment portfolios that shows the comparison of performance between Jaspar Investment Universe and the Market Investment Universe.
Ms. Koushalya Subramanium is our Research expert, who works closely with Maria Fernandez. She analyses various investment portfolios and publishes periodic report on portfolio metrices that are within our investment universe. She is responsible for monitoring and screening investment that are under advisory and publish period report on its future outlook. This report forms the basis for financial advisory of Jaspar Wealth Management Services.
Mr. Santosh Choudhary takes care of the IT needs of Jaspar. She handles the IT portfolio and drives agile development projects that enhance the operational capabilities of Jaspar. Her prowess in the field office automation, utilizing AI capabilities to speed up development projects are assets to Jaspar. She also heads the Centre of Excellence at Jaspar and initiates process improvement projects to drive the organization towards the future of work at Jaspar.
